Support for Stripe API Version 2023-10-16 with issuing_program_beta=v1 Header
AnsweredWhich connector?: Stripe
Additional details:
Feature Gap: The current Stripe connector uses a globally pinned API version that does not support the GET /v1/issuing/programs endpoint. To access this data, the connector needs the ability to pass a specific version header and a beta flag for this specific resource.
Technical Requirements:
-
API Version:
2023-10-16 -
Required Header:
Stripe-Version: 2023-10-16; issuing_program_beta=v1 -
Endpoint:
/v1/issuing/programs
Business Use Case: We are expanding our Stripe Issuing implementation and require the "Programs" metadata to categorize our spending. We need the connector to support per-endpoint versioning or an override that allows the issuing_program_beta=v1 flag so we can sync this data into Snowflake.
Impact of Missing Feature: Without support for this specific header, the API returns an error or "resource not found," forcing our team to manually intervene. This prevents us from having a real-time view of our card program structures and stalls our financial automation project.
