Additional details:
Can we please have the choice to configure the sync_mode at a higher level such as by connector and/or by schema? Currently, we can only choose it table by table, which is tedious and hard to maintain. Thank you for your consideration!

I completely agree. We have a project this quarter to ship the ability to set a default mode per connector, with specific table overrides if you want to customize.
