Connector Improvement: Github Connector: Expose original issue number for issues closed as duplicate

When a Github issue is closed as a duplicate of another issue, the connector captures that it's a duplicate via state_reason = 'duplicate', but doesn't tell us which issue number it's a duplicate of.

This data is available via GitHub's GraphQL API. Would love to see this synced so duplicate issues can be traced back to the original issue.
