New Connector: Google Play Vitals Connector

Fivetran supports Google Play API but does not currently support the Google Play Vitals module.
The specific items we are currently trying to pull are explained in the following google play articles:

https://developers.google.com/play/developer/reporting/reference/rest/v1beta1/vitals.anrrate
We need to pull detailed data for Crash rates, ANRs (application not responding) and error issues.

This request for a native Google Play Vitals connector has been added to our feature improvements backlog.
