Connector Improvement: Add Data from Workactivity API for Playvox WFM connector
AnsweredThere's a key API for Playvox WFM that contains schedule data at the task level: Tasks that are scheduled to occur and tasks that actually occur based on how agents using the system punch. This data is critical for a number of different contact center performance metrics. Linking to some documentation from Playvox regarding this API and it's usage.

We attempted to review the API documentation you shared, but it appears to be behind a login, which we’re unable to access at the moment. Could you please provide us with publicly accessible documentation or any additional details that would help us better understand the API?
