Connector Improvement: Capture deletes for Exact online connector

Hi,

I am building some reporting tools for my finance team and the current Exact online connector is not capturing deletes.

 

This is having a serious impact on our teams ability to use these reports as any adjustments made by our accountants are not being accurately reflected in the data.

 

Can you please let me know if this can be added to this dataset, and what the timeline for something like this will be as our finance team is relying on this data being accurate before they can move away from the very manual process which they are doing at the moment.

    Thanks for the feedback. We have added this to the active backlog for the next steps.

    Our team needs to analyse if this is possible or an API limitation and accordingly take next steps. We will keep you posted as we make progress.

    specifically the transaction_line table, but ideally all tables should capture deletes to prevent misalignment of the data
