Other: Monitoring - Provide ability to blackout certain channels or locations

Currently, we have a blackout feature which blacks out the whole alert. However, this is not useful when only 5 locations are expected to go down over the weekend, and I want to stop alerting on only these. Currently, only way is to remove them from the alert rule, and when maintenance is over, add them back in. This is not sustainable.
Provide a method to blackout (for a specified amount of time) only certain channels or locations without removing them from alert rule.

We have logged this as a feature request to support muting specific channels or locations within an alert rule for a defined period, without removing them from the rule.
We will follow up once we have more clarity on how we would like to approach this.
