Connector Improvement: Expense Entry ID is missing from Allocation Tables in Concur Connector
AnsweredCould you please confirm whether it’s possible to include the expense entry ID in the allocation tables? It seems the key needed to link the expense entry table with the allocation table is missing.
We were able to find the expense entry key in the itemization table, but the specific records we’re interested in don’t have itemization entries, so no records retuned, so that approach isn’t ideal.
Is this something you can look into as a potential enhancement, or is this how the data model is designed? If it’s by design, how would you expect business users to retrieve the latest cost center code without that key?

Hi Tong,
Good news - this is a known gap and a fix is already in progress. The update will roll out to all customers around April 15, at which point your Allocation table will include expense_entry_id as part of the primary key, allowing you to join non-itemized expense entries with their allocation records.
If you'd like early access before the general rollout, just let us know and we'll get you added.
Best,
Tom
