Connector Improvement: Salesforce ConversationEntry (Off Platform Table)

Team,

We need the Salesforce Connector to support the ingestion of message transcripts for Enhanced Messaging.

Issue: > * Standard SOQL queries against ConversationEntry return 0 records in Enhanced Messaging orgs because data is stored off-platform.

Data is only accessible via the Conversation Data API (/platform/engagement/v1.0/conversation-entries).

The connector needs to perform fetch for every ConversationIdentifier from the MessagingSession table to get the Conversation entry
