Connector Improvement: Fetch Coupa roles directly from /api/roles

Hello,

Problem:
Currently, Fivetran's Coupa connector is extracting roles from the /api/users endpoint.
As a result, roles are missing: Fivetran only loads roles that are assigned to users at the time of Fivetran's request.

Request:
Could you update the Coupa connector so that Fivetran uses Coupa's dedicated API endpoint for roles (https://xxx.coupahost.com/api/roles) to retrieve the list of roles?

    Hi Kevin,

    Thank you for the detailed write-up - this is a valid gap. You're right that fetching roles as a side effect of /api/users means unassigned roles get missed entirely.

    We've logged this as a feature request and our engineering team is currently assessing the effort. I'll follow up once we have a sizing estimate to share.

    We will keep the community updated on this thread with any future progress.
