Connector Improvement: Reply.io Connection Additions
AnsweredAdd campaign step-level statistics to the existing campaign step table.
Today, key engagement metrics such as deliveries, replies, opens, and bounces are available at the campaign level, but not at the campaign step level in the contact_statistic_campaign_email table. This limits our ability to analyze performance for individual steps within a sequence and makes it difficult to understand where engagement is happening across a campaign.
Adding these metrics at the campaign step level would enable more granular reporting, improve troubleshooting, and support deeper performance analysis of sequencing strategy. For example, we would be able to identify which specific steps are driving replies or experiencing higher bounce rates, rather than only seeing rolled-up performance across the full campaign.
Add LinkedIn activity data through the webhook table.
At the moment, LinkedIn-related data appears to only be accessible through a manual export in the Reply.io UI, which prevents automated ingestion and reporting through Fivetran. Exposing LinkedIn activity data through the webhook table would make this data programmatically accessible and allow it to be integrated into downstream reporting and analytics workflows alongside email activity.
This would eliminate manual export steps, improve data completeness, and make it much easier to build unified campaign reporting across both email and LinkedIn touchpoints.

Hi Christian,
Thank you for submitting this request. The ideas to add campaign step-level statistics to the Reply.io connector and to expose LinkedIn activity data through the webhook table are valuable enhancements. I have added your suggestions to our feature improvements backlog for consideration.
To help us better understand your requirements, could you provide more detail about the specific reporting or workflows you are aiming to support with these enhancements? For example, are there particular analyses or business processes that are currently blocked due to the lack of step-level or LinkedIn data?
We will keep the community updated on this thread as we make progress.
Thanks,
Unnikrishnan
