Connect Card: Disable the SSL certificate requirement(Require TLS)

While setting up the Fivetran connection, we are encountering the following error:
“Unable to validate certificate (dbcertificatevalidation2): Your Oracle source server has an invalid configuration.”

Although the PrivateLink connectivity test was successful, the connection appears to be failing during SSL certificate validation.
As discussed, the Fivetran team will need to disable the certificate validation requirement on their side to help us proceed with the connection setup and troubleshooting.

Can we disable the SSL certificate requirement for Farfetch connection?

TLS Encryption should remain in place under encryption method where is says use SSL/TLS but where it says certificate validation, set this to disable or no to stop the certificate validation.

    Hi Palash,

    Thank you for submitting this request. This feature—disabling SSL certificate validation while retaining TLS encryption—is not currently on our roadmap.

    We hold this is a standard for platform level security that unfortunately we cannot lower, this is not a feature we would ever implement.
