Connector Improvement: Jira connector with HDA

We are only allowing ingress after egress from on-premise. Our jira server is on-premise. Need HDA to make this work.

We can participate as a beta tester if needed.

    Hi everyone,

    The Jira connector now supports Hybrid Deployment Agent (HDA) and is generally available. We are rolling this out to customers gradually so it may take a moment to see this feature on your account.

    Documentation and release notes with configuration guidance are available in our Fivetran documentation.

    Hi Hermod,

    Supporting JIRA with HD is not possible right now unfortunately. JIRA uses webhooks for deletes and connectors with webhooks cannot be used with Hybrid Deployment. Are capturing deletes important for your use case?

    No. Capturing deletes is not important for us.

    I think that there should not be to difficult to use the same code for jira connector today and use it in a HDA.

    We are trying to do a workaround connecting jira, but it will involve us to expose jira api to internet. This is not accepted internally. This because jira may contain sensitiv data.
