Connector Improvement: Collibra Users - bring over disabled users

The default Rest API call for Collibra users is to bring over only enabled users.

Given that assets in the Collibra data model could be owned by Disabled users, we need to bring these over in the Rest API call made by the existing Fivetran API connector.

This can be achieved using an additional parameter on the API call:

includeDisabled=true

For example

https://xxxx.collibra.com/rest/2.0/users?offset=0&limit=0&countLimit=-1&includeDisabled=true&sortOrder=ASC&sortField=USERNAME
