Connector Improvement: Include test runs that belong to test plans in the TestRail connector

The TestRail connector currently retrieves runs using the get_runs endpoint, which only returns runs that are not part of a test plan. Runs that belong to plans must be retrieved via the get_plan/{plan_id} endpoint.
Because of this, runs that belong to test plans are missing from the RUN table and the data is incomplete. The connector should extract runs from test plans as well.
