Connector Improvement: Github Connector - GitHub Enterprise Sever (On Prem) - Github App authentication

The current Github connector does not support Github App authentication + On Prem.

(On prem is supported only for PAT authentication)

Enterprises that uses GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) are not willing to connect with PAT anymore - and they request to connect with Github App.
