Other: Specific latency for certain channels
AnsweredCurrently, if I have SLA of 12 hours, it applies to ALL channels. If I select ChannelA which I want latency of 4 hours, I cannot do it. It alerts only at whats set in ALL channels. It really should work as :
If a Channel is called out, use that SLA. If not, use SLA of ALL Channels
It also be good to have SLA for ALL Capture Locations, and a different SLA for all Integrate Locations.

To summarise what you're asking for:
Allow per-channel SLA thresholds that override the global setting, and possible separate SLA thresholds for Capture vs. Integrate locations.
We have logged this as a feature request and will discuss this with product/engineering. We will come back to you once we have more clarity on workarounds or engineering solutions.

Yes, we want both these features
- Allow per-channel SLA thresholds that override the global setting
