Dashboard Improvement: HVR UI: PENDING Status Indicator
CompletedPENDING status in the job list looks extremely identical to RUNNING status when you have a long list of jobs. It is easily overlooked and missed causing significant issues with having to refresh the entire channel. So, we are asking to provide three enhancements, 1) highlight PENDING so that it "sticks out" from regular running status like you already do with SUSPEND; 2) a new job status dashboard that can summarize all jobs and channel status on a single page (so we don't have to manually scroll up/down); 3) a special alert configuration option so we can set a predetermined interval to receive email alert any time a job remains in pending or suspend status more than a defined timeframe.

Hi Charles,
I discussed your request further with engineering. Here is where we stand on your three points:
- In the current job overview, we already display the different job statuses in different colors, including PENDING. For reference, I've placed a screenshot below.
- Regarding statuspage. For us is not clear what we should change in the current dashboards. What information do you need on one screen that the current views/pages do not provide?
- We are releasing new alerting capabilities in HVR 6.3.4 and HVR 6.3.5. Please check whether those cover your requirements around PENDING and SUSPEND notifications.
We will close this feature request for now, but feel free to open a new one if you can point out what is missing from the single-page summary view.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. Regarding the specific points:
1) PENDING visibility, I understand we can make this more visible, we will log this as a UI enhancement request and review options such as stronger color contrast, a badge, or a dedicated highlight state.
2) Single-page status summary, I would like to understand what you are not getting from the current Jobs page, so we can target the right enhancement. What information do you need on one screen that the current page does not provide, for example, totals by status, channel health at a glance, or a pinned summary section.
3) Alerts for prolonged PENDING or SUSPEND, we are already enhancing HVR alerting in HVR 6.3, and we will review how your requirements would fit into that workstream, including email notifications and configuration options.
