Other: Agent connectivity misleading error

This is the error message 

imp2_stg-cap-s_ss_imp2_s: F_JD0A57: Failed to retrieve database server process handle: The parameter is incorrect. \

We did troubleshoot and found that the agent is down, but the error message say's failed to retrieve database, this error message is misleading us, since the message "parameter is incorrect" is not really telling us agent is down. 

Let us know if this is clear enough. 

We would like to have a more detailed error messaged when there is a connectivity issue between the agent and hub.

    Thank you for raising this.

    I understand that the current error message, “Failed to retrieve database server process handle: The parameter is incorrect”, is misleading when the actual root cause is that the agent is down. 

    Have you already created a support ticket for this specific incident? This does not appear to be correct behavior, so we would like to investigate it further.

    If so, please share the ticket number so we can follow up internally.
