Connect Card: Make "From Selected Projects" first option

When customers finalize the authorization, unless they choose the "From Selected Projects/Repos" option, they don't see a list of what projects/repos are accessible by the connector.  

If the first option was the "From Selected Projects" choice, they would see that list and immediately know whether what they expect is accessible via the authentication they provided.

    Hi Blake,

    Thank you for submitting this feature request. As of now, we are not planning to implement this feature as it would be a significant change in our connect card setup. However, feedback and upvotes help us evaluate demand and prioritize development. Each upvote for this request strengthens the business case to implement it. I will keep this thread updated if it gets picked up in the future.
