Transformations: Connector Improvement: Include Gong Answer Scorecards filled out by Gong AI

Gong has a new AI feature that allows Answer scorecards to be filled out automatically by the AI. I noticed that scorecards being filled out by Gong AI are not being captured in the Fivetran export. These scorecards are available via the API, but the reviewMethod field must be set to "BOTH" in the API call, rather than left blank. If that filter is not specified, the default value is "MANUAL", and these automatic scorecards are not included. It would be ideal if both automatic and manual scorecards were captured by Fivetran.

We need the similar feature request for answer scorecard as well for AI created answer scorecard data.

    Thank you for your feature request regarding the inclusion of Gong AI-filled Answer scorecards in Fivetran exports. I have added this request to our backlog, and it will be prioritised based on demand and feasibility. We'll keep you updated on any progress.

    Hi Sanjeevv,

    Do we have any update on adding the Automatic AI Scorecards data? We need this data to be available in downstream Databricks tables so we can leverage it for reporting and analysis.

    Hi Sanjeevv,

    I reviewed and show Automatic scorecard reveiew_method added in scorecard API, but still don't see AUTOMATIC scorecard data in answer scoredards API. Can you add Automatic review_method in the answer scorecard API calls as well?
