Other: Salesforce five tran connector Data extraction issue.
Not plannedwe came across a scenario where the Five Tran connector is marking an event record “is Deleted" as true even though it is not deleted in salesforce when drilled on to the complete access details, we found that the banker who created the contact record moved from the business and private banking to Corporate institutional banking, Please find the event id given below for your reference.
Event Id :- 00URG00000Js9RZ2AZ , the event is created on 10/10/2025 by banker with user id :- 0052H00000DhrzkQAB belongs to (Business and Private Banking) related to the contact with id :- 003RG000014ciZtYAI, the contact is created by banker with user id :- 0052H00000CGLzPQAX who initially belongs to (Business and Private Banking) when the contact is created on 29/03/2025 and later moved to Corporate institutional banking post movement the access on the contact and event is lost by both five Tran Integration user used by the connector as well as the banker with user id :- 0052H00000DhrzkQAB as event record access depends on the access on contact record. But what’s happening in the staging table is, the Five Tran connector is marking the event Record 00URG00000Js9RZ2AZ and contact record 003RG000014ciZtYAI isDeleted as true even though the records are not deleted in salesforce and isDeleted on the records are still false in salesforce platform. Could you please help to raise a case with five tran and see if the access of the records is removed why “Isdeleted" is being marked as true even though the record Is not deleted in salesforce ideally only “fivetranisDeleted" flag should be set as true.
