Connector Improvement: Provide full support for identity columns on Sybase ASE

We need full support for identity columns with Sybase as Target and Sybase as Source. This is required as we intend to use Sybase ASE as target for MSSQL source.

    I understand that full support for identity columns is necessary when using Sybase ASE as a target, especially in your scenario of replicating from MSSQL to Sybase ASE. To better understand the full scope, could you clarify why support is also needed when Sybase ASE acts as a source?
