Connector Improvement: Impact Radius hit API limit, request for new endpoint recommended by Impact

Hi

Our Impact Radius API had been reaching the limits. From Impact team, they've recommended to use another endpoint for reporting:

"Our team suggested a recommendation for actions/items data pulls: which is to leverage our ReportExport using the endpoint: /ReportExport/adv_action_list_sku_pm_only

This will allow FiveTran to pull action/item data much faster from our systems"

    Hi Christine,

    Thanks for submitting this request and sharing the recommendation from the Impact team. This seems to be a valuable idea, and I have added it to our feature improvements backlog for consideration.

    Could you also share what challenges are you facing with the current API limits, and are there particular reporting requirements or data retrieval scenarios that are most impacted?

    We will keep the community updated on this thread with any progress or decisions regarding this enhancement.
