Dashboard Improvement: Need a dashboard link showing all the implementations along with brief description
AnsweredRecently our Connector (Binary Redo Logs) was failing (https://support.fivetran.com/hc/en-us/requests/357259) as Fivetran implemented some changes reading the Archive Redo log,
There was no email on these changes, nor the support person know about these changes until today. We have been struggling to understand what was going on as we do not have any idea whether there were any changes from Fivetran end.
Having a Dashboard displaying all the Fivetran changes along with brief description will be very beneficial, in addition to email communications. Please reach out to us if you need any further information.

Hi Srinivas,
Thanks for the feedback. This is something we are exploring internally as we work to improve our notification systems.
To ensure we understand your needs fully, could you clarify what information would be most useful to see in the dashboard? For example, are you looking for a history of every change made to each connector, changes impacting only your implementations, or a feed of all platform-wide updates? If there are other notifications or visibility features you value, please let us know.
We will keep the community updated on this thread with any progress or changes regarding this request.
Thanks,
Amy -
We are seeing failures too (in Oracle). The support person had no idea changes were made on the Fivetran side and suggested we make changes to our production Oracle server to fix them.

Hi Amy, for that matter, it would be extremely helpful if we have all the history from all platform-wide updates in the dashboard with a filter option to be able to limit to our implementations/connectors? This visibility will help us internally to diagnose to an extent the underlying issue(s) of any failures occurring from our end. In addition, it will also showcase all the activity and enhancements that Fivetran is making across the platforms.
Just to reiterate, this dashboard would be in addition to the email notifications that Fivetran sends out for the critical patching/enhancements.
Regards
Srini
