Connector Improvement: The existing Zuora connector fails to replicate transactional Data - Ticket#326307
AnsweredHello Team,
After multiple conversations with Fivetran Support and extensive testing of the Zuora connector, we’ve identified that the existing connector does not use the Zuora BI‑Views API, which is required to bring in Zuora’s transactional data. I’d like to request an enhancement to support this API—or alternatively, the creation of a new connector that can ingest transactional objects using the endpoint below.
In addition, the current Zuora connector only leverages the Reporting API, and this does not appear to be functioning correctly either. Even with the highest level of privileges assigned, no schema objects are being returned in Fivetran. This behavior suggests a potential issue with the existing connector.

Hi Sruthi,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
We've added support for Zuora’s transactional data to our backlog.
We'll look into the issue regarding schema objects not being returned despite having the highest level of privileges further and follow up with updates. Your feedback is valuable, and we're committed to improving our Zuora connector.
Best,
Sandeep
