Connector Improvement: Add message data for Healthie connector
AnsweredUnderstanding the flow of messages between provider and patient is critically important in healthcare applications, both as a predictor of engagement and outcomes and in relation to legal and/or financial requirements.
Healthie's API surfaces information related to messages in two endpoints, "Conversation" and "Notes". The former contains information about the conversation or chat itself, while the latter contains information about individual messages, their sender, their content, etc.
Ingesting and processing the data from the "Conversation" and "Notes" endpoints would give Fivetran users a full picture of the asynchronous communication occurring between provider and patient, allowing for better understanding of patient engagement and provider responsiveness, ultimately leading to better patient care.
