Connector Improvement: URGENT: Fetch all comment data in the Coupa connector.
This is a new feature request to pull complete comment information from COUPA.
There exists an object in Coupa connector by the name - comment.
Basis on the discussion and documentation to pull comment information we have enabled below specific objects, but it seems we are still not receiving complete information from COUPA.
- ExpenseReport
- InvoiceHeader
- OrderHeader
- RequisitionHeader
- User
As of today, we are receiving comments for these commentable_type:
- RequisitionHeader
- InvoiceHeader
- OrderHeader
We would also require comment data for below listed missing commentable_type/related objects :
- Task
- Project
- EasyFormResponse
- Contract
- CoupaPay::PaymentBatch
- QuoteRequest
- CoupaPay::PaymentAccount
Please note:- We want the connector to return the same set of data as we are receiving from API endpoint - "/api/comments".
We are getting less number of records from the connector as compared to API endpoint.
It will be great if this request is treated on priority.

Thanks for the detailed technical breakdown.
I understand you're observing that the Fivetran connector is returning fewer comment records compared to what you see from the
/api/commentsAPI endpoint. You're currently receiving comments for RequisitionHeader, InvoiceHeader, and OrderHeader, but missing comments for Task, Project, EasyFormResponse, Contract, CoupaPay::PaymentBatch, QuoteRequest, and CoupaPay::PaymentAccount.I'll work with our engineering team to investigate this and determine what's causing the discrepancy.
