Other: Add source control to the Census Activations available in Fivetran and include deployment feature if possible

Problem

The current Activations(Census) components do not have an active source control linkage available. This was available in Census at a historical point of time but was later disconnected and shelved while waiting for the merger. 

Acceptance criteria

We expect the syncs, connection and the destinations have source control (preferabley GitHub), and both way interactions from the Fivetran UI to GitHub and vice versa be introduced as a feature.

    Hey Arindam! You're right we sunset Census's Gitlink feature to align with Fivetran's current behavior but we'll definitely be sharing the lessons we learned with them as we think about how the combined product evolves in the future. In the meantime, please check out Fivetran and Census's Terraform providers. That's how customers should look at implementing a config-as-code approach currently!
