Currently, Fivetran does not offer a ticket-based workflow for customers to review or approve release notes before deployment. The best way to stay up to date with release activity is to subscribe to our changelog RSS feed, as your Support Account Manager suggested. Many teams successfully use an integration with Slack or other tools to monitor the changelog and facilitate internal discussions as needed.
If you have specific questions about any release notes, you can open a support ticket after reviewing the published changes, and our team can address your concerns directly.
