Other: Improve docs UI to better highlight necessary steps

We have an IT service provider that runs our databases.
When we need to connect a DB via Fivetran, I submit a change request with the Fivetran docs link attached.

Since they have many different DB Admins, there is a high probability that someone is setting up the DB for Fivetran the first time.

Consequently, they often miss that it is needed to extend the instructions in the UI.
It would be great if you consider a partial UI-redesign to better highlight that it is needed to fold out the instructions.

The current design is too unobtrusive

    Hi Casimir,

    It's clear that when workflows involve third-party IT service providers and multiple DB admins, missing critical setup instructions can create unnecessary friction. Improving the docs UI to better highlight expandable steps is something we're currently looking into. We'll review options to make these instructions more prominent and reduce the risk of missed requirements during initial setup.
