New Connector: Actian Ingres

We'd like to replicate from an Actian Ingres 12.0 database. There seems to be a connector for HVR, but it would be great if a HVA one could be created for those of us not on a business critical plan.

This feature is not currently on our roadmap. Feedback and upvotes on requests like this help us gauge demand, and each upvote increases the case for building the connector. To help justify future commitment to this feature, could you provide more details about your specific use case and how an Ingress 12.0 connector would impact your workflows?

We have an ERP system that uses an Actian Ingress database. Being able to replicate to Snowflake would be very helpful for our analytics.
