Connector Improvement: Include Gong Scorecards filled out by Gong AI

Gong has a new AI feature that allows call scorecards to be filled out automatically by the AI. I noticed that scorecards being filled out by Gong AI are not being captured in the Fivetran export. These scorecards are available via the API, but the reviewMethod field must be set to "BOTH" in the API call, rather than left blank. If that filter is not specified, the default value is "MANUAL", and these automatic scorecards are not included. It would be ideal if both automatic and manual scorecards were captured by Fivetran.

    Hi Team ,

     Can you include "reviewMethod": "BOTH" in the stats/activity/scorecards API call. This parameter tells the Gong API to include scorecards that are automatically filled out by AI. Otherwise, this filter defaults to "MANUAL" and excludes the AI scorecards.

    Support team confirmed currently only support scorecards that are manually filled out.  We need  include "reviewMethod": "BOTH" to start caputre AI scorecards data as well.

    Do we have any ETA to enable reviewMethod field must be set to "BOTH" in the API call .

    Stackholder is looking AI scorecard data to be downstream to consume.
