Connector Improvement: Pylon | Process updates to issues faster
AnsweredUpdates to issues in Pylon only get processed by Fivetran once a week on Friday. This is makes the Pylon connector in Fivetran almost irrelevant, since support issues typically get updated multiple times a day until they get closed.
To make the connector more useful, receiving the updates at least daily would already be a major step forward. However, ideally we get updates to issues on every sync that we do.

Thanks for the input. We are analyzing this.
Typically due to rate limits and/or poor API performance, we reduce the full syncs to once a week. In this case, it does look like there is no direct way to capture updates.
We are checking to see if there has been API updates that would help us do this in a more performant way and will keep you posted as we make progress.
