Connector Improvement: Sync Table / Column Comments too

Currently we are using multiple different SQL databases as source and Databricks as a destination.

Most of our source databases have column descriptions / comments. 

Databricks supports descriptions / comments too.

At the moment, we have to sync them ourselves.

It would be great to also sync comments and descriptions wherever a source or destination supports that.

    This is a valuable idea and something we are already considering for future improvements. I am interested in learning more about your use case. Specifically, how will you use comments in your destination?

    Documentation. Knowing, where to find what. Sometimes, encodings are also specified in the columns.
