Connector Improvement: Instagram/Facebook Organic Metric Isolation

For cross-posted Instagram/Facebook organic content, Fivetran returns metrics that appear to be inconsistently blended across platforms (e.g., IG views reflecting total cross-platform views while FB reports platform-only values). There is no field or flag indicating whether metrics are platform-native or aggregated, making reconciliation impossible downstream.

Request: expose platform-specific fields or attribution metadata so IG and FB organic metrics can be reliably separated.

    Hi Ray,

    Thanks for flagging this. I'm not sure this is something we'll be able to address because we aren't making any adjustments to the data returned from the API; we're just syncing what's returned by Meta. If they're blending data in their responses, then we can't address that.

    But to help us understand this better can you please provide the specific metrics and tables where you're seeing issues?
