We have recently encountered multiple Proxy Agent issues (for example, #331658 and #330951) where the recommended resolution has been to upgrade the agent version. The Proxy Agent is used for non–NextGen-hosted clients, and we currently support 131 client environments that rely on this setup.

Under the current model, upgrading the Proxy Agent and HVA requires a manual update on each individual source machine. Performing and coordinating these upgrades across a large number of independent client environments introduces significant operational overhead, requires substantial coordination effort, and increases the time required to apply fixes consistently. As our client footprint grows, this approach becomes increasingly difficult to scale.

Feature Request
We are requesting an automated or centrally managed Proxy Agent and HVA upgrade capability that would allow agent upgrades to be initiated and managed without requiring manual intervention on each client machine.
