New Connector: MetaCompliance Connector
AnsweredHello Fivetran Team,
I’d like to request native support for a MetaCompliance connector in Fivetran.
We use MetaCompliance for security awareness training, policy management, and compliance reporting. The data is currently accessed via their API, with the base endpoint:
https://api.metacompliance.com/Learning
Currently, ingesting this data into our warehouse requires custom pipelines, which adds operational overhead and reduces reliability.
This creates challenges when:
- Teams need centralized reporting across security, training, and compliance tools
- Compliance and audit teams require structured, governed data access
- Analytics teams want to join MetaCompliance data with other enterprise datasets
Proposed enhancement:
Provide a native MetaCompliance connector that:
- Supports authentication and data extraction from
api.metacompliance.com/Learning - Ingests core datasets via endpoints such as:
-
GetAllCourses(course-list) -
GetCourseAudits(course-audit)
-
- Supports incremental syncs, schema management, and retries
- Follows standard Fivetran SaaS connector behavior
Benefits:
- Removes the need for custom ETL
- Improves reliability and observability
- Enables unified compliance and security analytics
- Reduces engineering and maintenance effort
This would greatly help teams using MetaCompliance who want scalable, governed access to their compliance and training data.
Thanks for considering this request, and happy to provide more details if useful.

Hi Marta,
For SaaS applications such as MetaCompliance, you can submit a request for a Lite connector through Fivetran's By Request program. This program allows customers to work directly with our team while the connector is developed and validated, providing early access to your data during the process.
Review the By Request program documentation.
Submit your request using the Fivetran Lite Connector Request Form.
If you require immediate access or prefer a custom integration, you can use our Connector SDK to build your own connector solution.
If you have any questions or need additional guidance about either approach, please let me know.
Thanks,
Unni

Hi Unni,
Thanks for the information and for outlining the available options.
Based on our current priorities, we’ll review and decide which path makes the most sense for us, but I appreciate you letting us know about the By Request program.
I’ll reach out if we have any questions or need further guidance.
Best regards,
Marta
