Connector Improvement: Skilljar Lite Connector is missing key tables

Missing key canonical bridge tables needed for joins:

COURSE_SERIES_PUBLISHED_COURSES

(COURSE → PUBLISHED_COURSE → COURSE_SERIES_PUBLISHED_COURSES → COURSE_SERIES)

PATH_ITEM

(COURSE → PATH_ITEM → PATH → PUBLISHED_PATH)

Also missing COURSE_PROGRESS (useful for reporting on actual progress that a user has made on a course they've enrolled in. USERS_PUBLISHED_COURSE contains the COURSE_PROGRESS_ID)
