Connector Improvement: Add option to apply table filters without triggering a full table sync

We're interested in using the table filter option in various fivetran connectors to dynamically limit the date range for records synced by various connectors. However, we do not want or need to trigger a full table sync each time the filter is updated as we already have internal processes to clean up old records and the table sync causes an unnecessary outage.

Can we please get an option to apply a new table filter without also triggering a table sync

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for your request in our portal! Currently, the table re-sync is required to ensure sources and destinations contain consistent data, even with filters applied. Could you share more about how the dynamic limits you are trying to set? Are you often modifying or creating new filters on existing tables?

    We will triage this request internally.
