New Connector: Add Gainsight Customer Communities (CC) connector

I see Fivetran currently supports Gainsight Customer Success and Gainsight Product Experience (Lite), but surprisingly there is no connector for Gainsight Customer Communities (CC) yet, and in my company we would incredibly benefit from that.

Thanks for the input.
Our previous analysis has shown that a connector for Gainsight Customer Communities may not be performant due to their APIs.
A recommended workaround is to use the CC Data Lake and Fivetran's S3 Connector to pull data to your desired destination.

Hi Unnikrishnan, I would indeed need help with the Fivetran S3 connector - I have tried to use Gainsight CC S3 bucket, and then connect this to Fivetran, but I got errors. Can you please point me to the right email / communication channel where I can provide more info and receive support
