Other: Email Notifications for Connector Upgrade Recommendations

Please add email or alert notifications for important connector-related messages such as upgrade recommendations, version compatibility warnings, or upcoming deprecations. Currently, these messages are only shown as in-product pop-ups and may be missed unless users log into the Fivetran dashboard regularly. This can delay required upgrades and increase operational risk.

    Hi Takashi,

    Email notifications are already sent for connector-related changes that are considered important or may cause breaking changes, such as deprecations, schema changes, etc. If you experienced a situation where you did not receive an expected notification, please provide specific examples so we can investigate further. This will help us ensure coverage and address any missed cases in our notification process.

    Hi Shiva,

    We recently noticed a warning message in the Fivetran console urging us to update the Netweaver API as soon as possible. However, we have not received any email notification regarding this matter.

    Does the absence of an email notification imply that this warning is not urgent? Or could this be due to a system issue where the notification failed to send?

    We would appreciate your clarification on this.
