We are requesting a feature sysparm_display_value=true in servicenow connector to able to see the label values.

    Hi Dhiman,

    As mentioned in the support ticket, this value can be found in the sys_journal_field table when joined on sys_id with the incident table. Let me know if you have any further questions on this.

    We would still need the new feature to be implemented to resolve label issues in snowflake.
