Connector Improvement: Include details_grand_total table for keypay connector

We noticed that the `grand_details_total` table in the KeyPay connector ERD is missing and not being imported. Since this detail contains essential information about the pay slip attributes it is very much essential for our development work, we'd like this to be supported as a feature as its a high-priority requirement for the ELMO team.

Previously, this was discussed as part of a conversation between Alexandra, Rhiannon and the ELMO team.
