Connector Improvement: Add new fields for approval table in ZIP

Request to include the total_duration_seconds , active_duration_seconds, total_elapsed_seconds, active_elapsed_seconds fields within the APPROVAL table.
This would help to calculate SLA metrics the same way ZIP does it.
