    Hi Camilo,

    Thanks for raising this.

We do support Service Hub objects in HubSpot. Could you please review the ERD schema and let us know if this matches what you are looking for, or if there are any gaps we should be aware of?

    Service Hub overview: https://www.hubspot.com/products/service
    Service Hub ERD: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/12IRX0kbZM18vus2tr7MUp9MXSvGVn93QCnPnrgNIAhA/edit?slide=id.ged1442628e_0_0#slide=id.ged1442628e_0_0

    Hi Vignesh,

Thanks for taking a look and for sharing the Service Hub ERD.

To clarify, the object we’re requesting is not part of the Service Hub (Tickets or standard Service Hub objects) reflected in the ERD you shared.

The missing data corresponds specifically to the Services object within HubSpot’s Customer Success workspace, which is a separate object used for tracking post-sale service delivery and Customer Success activities.

    Key details for clarity:

    • Workspace: Customer Success

    • Object name: Services

    • HubSpot object_id: 0-162

    • Current gap: This object does not appear in the Fivetran HubSpot connector schema and is not currently syncable

We’ve reviewed the Service Hub ERD and confirmed that this Customer Success Services object is not included there, which is why our analytics project remains blocked.

Please let us know if you need additional metadata, screenshots, or HubSpot references to help validate and scope this object. Happy to assist further.

    Best regards,
    Camilo

    Hi Vignesh,

One additional clarification that may help:

The Services object we’re referring to lives under HubSpot → CRM, within the Customer Success workspace. It behaves like a CRM object (with its own object ID 0-162) and is accessible from the CRM interface, not from the Service Hub (Tickets) module.

This is why it’s not represented in the Service Hub ERD you shared, and why we believe it would need to be exposed as a distinct CRM object in the HubSpot connector schema.

    Best regards,
    Camilo

Thanks Camilo for the detailed explanation

I guess this is the one you are referring to - https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/crm-services-v3/basic/get-crm-v3-objects-0-162-serviceId which seems to be about post-sales service objects . Can you confirm this once ?

    Hi Vignesh,

    Yes, that's the one!

    Best regards,
    Camilo
