Connector Improvement: Support HubSpot Services table (Customer Success workspace) [URGENT]
AnsweredHello Fivetran Product Team,
We would like to request support for the Services table available in HubSpot’s Customer Success workspace, which is currently not exposed by the HubSpot connector.
Business use case:
Our Customer Success and Analytics teams rely on HubSpot Services data to track post-sale activities, service delivery, and customer engagement across accounts. Having this data available in Fivetran would allow us to centralize reporting, join Services data with other HubSpot objects (Companies, Deals, Contacts), and build end-to-end customer lifecycle analytics in our data warehouse.
At the moment, a key analytics project is blocked and delayed due to the lack of access to this Services data. Without this object, we are unable to complete critical reporting and dashboards required by the business, which has a direct impact on delivery timelines and decision-making.
Requested object details:
-
Object name: Services
-
HubSpot object_id:
0-162 -
Workspace: Customer Success
-
Expected behavior: The Services table should be available in the schema tab and syncable like other standard HubSpot objects.
Why this is important:
Without access to the Services object, we currently have limited visibility into Customer Success operations at scale. Supporting this object would significantly improve our ability to measure service performance, customer health, and operational efficiency, while also unblocking ongoing analytics initiatives that depend on this data.
Thank you for considering this request. We are happy to provide additional details or validation if needed.
Best regards,
Camilo

Hi Camilo,
Thanks for raising this.
We do support Service Hub objects in HubSpot. Could you please review the ERD schema and let us know if this matches what you are looking for, or if there are any gaps we should be aware of?

Hi Vignesh,
Thanks for taking a look and for sharing the Service Hub ERD.
To clarify, the object we’re requesting is not part of the Service Hub (Tickets or standard Service Hub objects) reflected in the ERD you shared.
The missing data corresponds specifically to the Services object within HubSpot’s Customer Success workspace, which is a separate object used for tracking post-sale service delivery and Customer Success activities.
Key details for clarity:
-
Workspace: Customer Success
-
Object name: Services
-
HubSpot object_id:
0-162 -
Current gap: This object does not appear in the Fivetran HubSpot connector schema and is not currently syncable
We’ve reviewed the Service Hub ERD and confirmed that this Customer Success Services object is not included there, which is why our analytics project remains blocked.
Please let us know if you need additional metadata, screenshots, or HubSpot references to help validate and scope this object. Happy to assist further.
Best regards,

Hi Vignesh,
One additional clarification that may help:
The Services object we’re referring to lives under HubSpot → CRM, within the Customer Success workspace. It behaves like a CRM object (with its own object ID
0-162) and is accessible from the CRM interface, not from the Service Hub (Tickets) module. This is why it’s not represented in the Service Hub ERD you shared, and why we believe it would need to be exposed as a distinct CRM object in the HubSpot connector schema.
Best regards,

Thanks Camilo for the detailed explanation
I guess this is the one you are referring to - https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/crm-services-v3/basic/get-crm-v3-objects-0-162-serviceId which seems to be about post-sales service objects . Can you confirm this once ? -
Hi Vignesh,
Yes, that's the one!
Best regards,
Camilo
