New Destination: StarRocks Destination

We get solid performance using StarRocks to query our Apache Iceberg database, but we get better performance running StarRocks against its own internal tables. It'd be awesome to have a StarRocks destination to achieve this.

This feature is not currently on our roadmap. We use customer feedback and upvotes to evaluate demand for new connectors and features. Each upvote on this request helps us prioritize and strengthens the case for building a StarRocks destination in the future.
