Connector Improvement: Sage Intacct dimension tables shouldn't be beholden to the historical sync limit

On a table like GL_ACCOUNT where you have a list of accounts, which are in effect dimensions to transactional tables like GL_ENTRY, it seems odd to not historically import all accounts. The bi product of this, is that you don't get a matching join record for all accounts referenced in the GL_ENTRY table, which is very frustrating.
