Connector Improvement: Need OAuth authentication option for Gainsight CS connector

We are currently using API access key for Gainsight CS connector. To improve security posture, we will need to change it to OAuth authentication. Could you please modify connector to have OAuth authentication option also.

Given the recent security incident involving Gainsight, we’re actively remediating all integrations and moving them to OAuth-based authentication as a priority control. Because of this, we would need the Gainsight Customer Success connector to support OAuth as early as possible.
Could you please share an estimated timeline for when OAuth support might be available? Additionally, if there is any way this request could be prioritized, we’d appreciate you letting us know. This would significantly help us complete our remediation plan and reduce residual risk.

Happy to share that OAuth 2.0 support for the Gainsight Customer Success connector is now live.
To enable it:
1. In your Fivetran dashboard, go to Connections in the left-hand navigation
2. Select your Gainsight Customer Success connector
3. Click Setup, then Edit Connection
4. Under Authentication, select OAuth 2.0
5. Click Authorize and follow the prompts to complete the setupLet us know if you have any questions.
